Jamie is the BEST! We looked at buying a house in the Keys on and off for a few years. Originally I thought it would be best for negotiations to only contact the listing agents (I was counting on their greed and getting the full commission). Man was I wrong. Jamie explained how that actually put us at a disadvantage since then the agent has to explain why the offer was so low, etc. Committing to Jamie as our agent was the best decision we made in the entire buying process. When we finally found the home of our dreams and she literally MADE IT HAPPEN. Without her human and financial expertise, the deal would not have happened. We highly recommend Jamie!!!
