We had a awsome experience with Jamie, I have bought many houses in many places, BUT buying a house in the Florida Keys is a experience that takes place no where else in the world, but Jamie made it a great experience.
I tried to use another real estate professional before we were lucky enough to "find" Jamie, that was a experience, that really taught me to be "picky" when choosing a real estate person..
Jamie did EVERYTHING on time and handled problems that no one could see coming, she even talked me off the "ledge" a couple times.
One a gain buying a home in this area comes with many obstacles that occur no where else in the world and Jamie is THE ONE to make it go forward seamlessly, All the contractors and closing people that she works with were great, she is a a well connected lady and will accommodate you in every way possible to make your house buying experience as pleasant as possible!! 5 star all the way!!

Jamie was an excellent choice as an agent for the purchase of my new home. Exceptional knowledge of local neighborhoods, she showed me homes only in areas that met my criteria. She directed me to neighborhoods I hadn't thought about that had all the requirements for my search parameters. I've lived in the Florida keys since 1998 and was unaware of a couple of neighborhoods that I subsequently made offers on houses in those areas. Once I had a house under contract, Jamie did an outstanding job of getting the house closed on quickly despite having a huge time crunch, the VA loan application , separation of an adjacent lot for a concurrent closing, my house being the first of a string of contingent sales in 2 states , and numerous other issues. Through the whole process, she remained very optimistic, upbeat and quick to respond so the deal would go through. I commend her on her brilliant effort to finalize the deal. Having her husband as a GC helped in answering a lot of questions about the true condition of the house. I highly recommend JAMIE to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Fabulous Florida Keys.
