Jamie was a terrific agent and it was a sincere pleasure to work with her finding our house in the Keys. Her knowledge of the area was essential as we had not spent much time in Key Largo and she showed us properties we requested and steered us away from ones that were a waste of time or didn't meet our requirements. Whatever questions she didn't know the answer to (which were very few) she was able to find the answer quickly. The process was a breeze (from our perspective at least!) and she was always one or two steps ahead. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking in the Upper Keys.

This property was a foreclosure and required extra knowledge and diligence to complete the purchase. Agent worked through the process independently. I sincerely appreciate not having to follow-up to see if she was keeping up with the transaction. On the other hand, the seller needed a substantial amount of interaction. For example, there were changes in seller's personnel which required getting new personnel up to speed to minimize delays. I was sent copies of communications which was helpful. Overall, agent was very professional, competent and personable.
